The hotel is located in the heart of the diplomatic district, to the service axis of the district, with an area of ​​60285 sqm and includes: The main building of the hotel contains 544 hotel rooms, a Swimming pool with an area of 1855 sqm and a car parking with an area of 3455 sqm.

The Design is a mixture of classic and modern architecture in luxurious harmony. Its symmetry emphasizes the two most important nodes of the project which are the Ballroom and the main entrance. The buildings are oriented inwards towards the tropical-themed inner court.
