The proposed design of the mosque aims to revive the ancient Islamic elements implemented with a contemporary twist.
The design should incorporate elements that reflect the rich history and cultural traditions of Islam, while also meeting the functional needs of the modern world.
One of the basic elements of Islamic architecture in Egypt is the design of a mosque with a central prayer hall, courtyard, and minaret.
The courtyard works together with the surrounding corridors and other elements of the mosque to create a climatic system of shade, air movement, and indirect lighting for the mosque’s spaces.
These elements include geometric patterns, calligraphy, and intricate tile work, all of which are common features in traditional Islamic architecture and should be integrated into the design.
